If your city is not listed, you'd pick the closest metro area, then be more specific in your ad about your exact or desired location. If your residence is between two metro areas or you consider more than one metro area a possibility for your move, you're welcome to place ads/read ads in multiple locations, but you'd start by selecting one city, then going to a different one later if you like.
