We are two sets of friends living in a two bedroom in Bedford. I am leaving and need to find new roommates for my friends. The smaller bedroom and main bathroom are up for grabs! The only people who would ever use your bathroom besides you are guests. They have a dachshund(male) and a chinchilla who mostly stays in their room. They have some living room furniture, but no kitchen table. Large walk in closet, big enough for two people! room is big enough for a king size bed comfortably. Has dining area and nice kitchen. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway with storage above. It is on the second story and has a back balcony overlooking houses and trees with a park less than a block away. Park has large duck pond with nice dock, skating rink, playground, volleyball courts, soccer field, paved track around pond with mile marker and great rec center. I own a duplex in North Richland Hills and had plans to sell until I discovered how much money I was going to lose. So, I decided to go this route instead. I'm 44 & haven't had a roommate in 15 years, but I'm sure the same rules still apply: I won't infringe on your rights & you won't infringe on mine. I'm not picky - male or female, black or white, gay or straight - just as long as we see eye-to-eye. I don't mind if you have overnight guests as long as they play by the rules as well. I don't have any children & I'd prefer that you didn't have any living with you full-time. Weekend visitation is OK, but they must be respectful & well-behaved. I have 3 small dogs & that's enough in one house. My dogs are very friendly, regularly groomed & spoiled (I'm 44 with no children, go figure...) but I can put up a pet gate at my bedroom to keep them from your end of the house if you'd prefer. However, if you have any tendency at all for cruelty to animals, you better look elsewhere because I will NOT tolerate anyone who lays a hand on my dogs. I work from home, so 90% of my time is spent in my room on the computer. You'll have a private bedroom & bath with locking doors at the front of the house - mine is at the back. Entry through the garage is accessible if you prefer a private entrance. Otherwise, you'll have a code for the front door. You'll have full house privileges including living room, kitchen & laundry. After all, this will be your home as well as mine. I don't do a credit check - God knows mine is way less than perfect, but I do a background check. What you've done in the past is of no concern to me. I simply want to ensure you're not wanted by any law enforcement agency. My life is very quiet & drama free & I like it that way. Also, I smoke in my room & have no plans to change. So, I'd prefer you be a smoker as well or be completely willing not to complain, ever. Can't really think of anything else right now. We have a large house that gets really quiet and we are hoping to fill the house with some active people. We lie in North Arlington. We are close to 30 and close to 360. It is one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, parking, swimming pool, hot tub, fenced in back yard so major privacy there.
