I'm looking to move out of move parent's basement. I can go as high as $650 for rent, deposits are no problem, and the cheaper the utilities the better. It should be just the two of us, Overland Park or around that area. Guy or girl, gay or straight is fine with me, I'm very respectful. I'm 21 and wouldn't want someone much older than me, 18~26. One bathroom would work fine for me. I have a lot of furnishings that we'd be needing including but not limited to; Surround sound, TV, microwave, dishes, cleaning supplies (I prefer it clean), food, Xbox 360 among other systems, and a lot more. I suppose I'm a libertarian, but my political musings are far too complicated to be pinned down on one party. Smokers are okay with me, I smoke a very small amount and am willing to go outside for it. Cats are fine as are any caged animals, but I don't like dogs. I'm somewhat of a party-er but don't like too many people, I only drink rarely, and 420-friendly would be a plus. I have no kids, and wouldn't want to be living with any, yet. As long as people are cool with me and don't mess with (break) my stuff, I'm pretty cool with them. I would like a mello nerd who'd play video games with me and is never late on the rent, but really anyone would be cool as long as they aren't absolute party-goers.
