I am looking for a mature, person as a roommate. I have a three bedroom house in Arlington, very close to JU. I am asking $600 a month with a $500 deposit. I have a screened porch if you smoke, but no smoking in the house. Cable, utilities are included. You have use of the kitchen. I am a very young 60 year old. There is no doubt , you will enjoy living here. FYI, I havea very small rat terrier and one inside cat, all potty trained.

| I'm easy going and patient, looking for a quiet and neat person. I have a single story Condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a garage. You will have private bedroom with cable and private bath. Share furnished kitchen, living room and dining room. Use of washer, dryer, local phone, sterio, computer with internet, printer, fax, TV, DVD, VCR and two car driveway. Garage available for storage. Small yard in front and back. Non smoker, no pets or children. $500.00 First months rent and $500.00 deposit. Will take deposit in two payments with first and second months rent. I have a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a office, dining room, large kitchen and large living room. There is a huge deck in the back of the house and a very large pond with turtles. Value We do not have any neighbors close enough to hear music or large amount of company. The house is fully furnished with all furniture except your bedroom set, but we have extra bedroom furnishings. Living room, black leather furniture, big screen tv, glass tables, bar set in kitchen, huge food cabinets, lots of cabinets and space, dining room table, office furniture and lots of garage space. You will have your own bathroom that you can decorate or I have stuff to put in. Also if you are in school (as I am and work full time) then the office is great for study time. I am 23 and my boyfriend is 24. Call me at 904-339-4717 if you have any questions or would like to come by. We will most likely find a roomate by Feb. 1 if we like you. We pay $1500 for rent and our electricity, sewage and water bill run about $270, lawn care $45, cable $60 and internet $45. The rent we are asking for is $600 including everything. My name is Candy and I am looking for room mates in the Gainesville area. I have 3 bedroom available. The rent is $275.00 a month as well as split the electric. The rent is reasonable because I am looking for other's to help me with the cleaning of the inside of the house as well as someone to help with the outside work. Please send me an email and then I will send you a rental agreement to look over. After filling it out and me doing a back ground check, if everything checks out, then I will get hold of you for an interview. If you are unwilling to allow me to do a background check, please don't waste my time. I am a disbled veteran and have had too many people take advantage of me.
