Looking for a Roommate near UC Main Campus

Hello! I am a junior at University of cincinnati and I am looking for a place to spend my last year of my degree. I'd prefer a place walking distance from the Main campus and a rent of 600 or below. I would share a bedroom if that means lowering the rent. I am a chill roommate. I like playing games , watching videos and streams so I will mostly be on my computer if I'm not working or studying or cooking. I have a guitar and will play it sometimes. I might have occasional friends over depending on how close we are to campus.

 

I mostly don't mind what my roommates do as long as they tell me a bit in advance(no smoking indoors though). If we have common interests we can do stuff together, but no pressure :). But if we don't have much in common, I do believe that frequent communication is a good deterrent of domestic problems so expect a chat or two on occasions.
