Spend the summer in a peaceful, quiet house

Hi.  I'm a mature, down to earth, quiet and very clean teacher-type looking to share a large home with a roommate or two. I spend a good deal of time either studying or grading, so yes, having peaceful folks here is important.   I have two rooms, one that is very spacious and another that is mid sized in a very hip, walkable, up-and-coming area of the city.  It is located near coffee shops, bookstores, theaters, museums and numerous eateries and other amenities.  The house is old with a shared bathroom and access to laundry facilities, but lovely...and peaceful.  I'm hoping to find one or two really wonderful roommates to share this space with.
