I'm a friendly relaxed mature female who's kids have grown up and out. Looking for a pleasant, respectful roommate to share, short or long term. Professional or serious student preferred. It's furnished, but you can bring your own furniture in if you prefer. Whatever room you do take can be a swing living room/office study area for you. There are 2 bathrooms, ones in the basement and it can be all yours for your stuff if you want. There's a nice backyard with a patio table, chairs and bbque. Move in soon as possible.
