Room/space for rent in townhouse!

Hello!

I am 28 year old female. I teach in Baltimore City and I have two dogs. I enjoy nights out as well as staying in, a good mixture of both. I also can be caught binge watching Netflix quite often. Very outgoing and personable but also keep to myself sometimes!

About the space: I live in northeast Baltimore city (very close to Towson) in an end of group townhouse. The space is in the basement with a full bath. There is laundry in the basement space that would be shared, but that can be arranged on a schedule for me to use it. The larger open area in the basement would also have a small amount of storage and a freezer and the rest would be yours. Clean home with 2 dogs. Parking pad in the back but plenty of street parking most days. Asking for $850 includes BGE, WIFI and cable, water, an alarm system and Netflix!
