Pidj Report post Posted June 27, 2019 I’m currently renting a 3 level townhome and my current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new one. I’m early 60’s and prefer someone around the same age. Please be responsible, considerate and tidy. Im fairly laid back. I work from home during the day Mon-Friday so need quiet during that time. I drink socially and do not smoke cigarettes. i have a nice, older cat. No other animals allowed. We could meet and see if we think we’d work out. If we think it will work the landlord will do a background check. You would be signing a 2 yr lease beginning 8/1. the house is very nice in a quiet area. Very convenient to major freeways.
