I rent a 2 bed 2 bath home with 2 car garage and off street parking in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from UWF and 9 mile road. My current roommate is taking another position and I'm looking to fill his room with a respectful individual that cleans up after themselves. You will have the master bed and bath to yourself. I don't have pets but you can bring yours. Home also has a fenced in backyard and small patio.
