Emma9 Report post Posted June 29, 2020 I am a busy busy professional , easy going and live in the DC Metropolitan area/ Gaithersburg MD , It is close to shady grove Metro station just outside the DC area . I am renting out my basement , it is spacious with two big closets , built in shelves , decent size private bathroom . Washer and dryer in the home. Close to the highway and shopping centers . Quite neighborhood. I am willing to discuss more if someone is interested . $1100 /month , Internet and all utilities included , 6 or 12 month lease is fine with me. Share this post Link to post
